I don't know if it's the sugar from the hot cocoa I had this morning or what but this girl is fiesty today! Usually around 9:30/10:00am she'll move a bit, merge her rump (and my belly) from one side to the other, but it seems like she just can't seem to get settled this morning.
Lately she's been sending clear messages that she's getting cramped in there. I'll suddenly feel a bit of my skin stretch out from the rest of my body. The other day Josh said "I just felt your skin raise up a few inches" when she was rolling her leg around, lol. Sometimes she makes me feel nauseous when just keeps tossing and turning in there!
She's also had the hiccups a lot recently. It was an interesting feeling the first time (which seems like forever ago now) but it's even more strange now that her head is down. By the way, in case you were wondering, it's very difficult to sleep when someone in your body has hiccups, haha!
I'm gonna miss all of this when she's not in my belly anymore BUT I know there are going to be many new things to learn about her and watch her do and that's so cool to imagine! Have I mentioned that I'm SO excited to meet my baby girl?!?!
