Watermelon....

... sounds delicious for a snack right now AND according to thebump.com, it's the current size of my baby (as if I really needed someone to tell me that, haha)!

Also in my weekly email update was this quote from another mommy-to-be:
"I'm so excited that today is my last day of work! Now I don't have to wear pants and can sleep whenever I want."
I think this is absolutely hilarious because that's exactly what I love about the weekends - no pants - lol!
It would definitely be nice if today were my last day of work but I keep reminding myself I'll be glad I worked through my entire pregnancy when I can have more time off with my baby girl when she's really here!

At 2:00 this afternoon I have my 37 week check-up! There's no particular reason to be excited since it's just the routine weight check, listen to the heartbeat (always precious!), measure the belly deal. I suppose more than anything it's just exciting to know that we're one week closer! Also, it's my last week of ignorant bliss - no cervical check until 38 weeks. After that appointment I'm really going to be in a craze until she gets here, I'm sure of it! Especially since over the past few days I've been feeling super duper pregnant and my brain can no longer process the possiblility of carrying this baby 'til 42 weeks. It's probably just wishful thinking but I really don't think she's going to wait that long to show up.... guess we'll find out ;)
